Individual needed for the combined position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Director position to be determined by individual’s strengths and future aspirations. The director duties assigned to this position may include Beck Center Director, Campus Recreation Director, or Internal Operations Director. The candidate selected will assist the head coach with recruiting prospective student-athletes, scheduling and organizing practice sessions, monitoring academic progress, and mentoring and advising student-athletes. He/she must show initiative, possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate responsibility, and exhibit good communication skills.
