Benedictine University, a NCAA Division III member of the Northern Athletic Collegiate Conference, is accepting applications for the part-time position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. The primary responsibilities include aspects of managing the program, including, but not limited to, practice planning, game preparation/scouting, recruiting, and all other duties as assigned by the head coach. This position includes a part-time stipend.
Skills, Abilities & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Valid driver’s license is required. Collegiate playing experience strongly preferred. Previous coaching experience at collegiate or high-school level is preferred. Ability to physically demonstrate sport-specific skills required. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel for both games and recruiting is expected. Basic computer competency required. Good communications skills required. Ability to successfully complete a background check and a motor vehicle check.
