Coordination of overall operation and management of the university’s intercollegiate athletics women’s basketball program; planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training, practice and athletic performance of student-athlete teams members. Full responsibility for success of team performance and for student-athlete academic performance, eligibility and behavioral conduct. Compliance with NCAA, the Southern Conference and university rules and regulations. Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches and support staff, to include their compliance with NCAA, Southern Conference and university rules and policies. Plan, monitor, and be accountable for the administration of the sports budget and be accountable for the assignment of athletic scholarships to team members.
All new employees are required to have listed credentials/degrees verified within 30 days of employment. All new employees who will be teaching are required to provide official transcripts within 30 days of employment. Transcripts should be provided for the highest earned degree and/or the degree which is being used to satisfy credential/qualification requirements.
